SBI Group's Materiality (Priority Issues for Improving Sustainable Corporate Value)

bcゲーム 出金時間 SBI Group has organized its business opportunities and risks on bcゲーム 出金時間 basis of two-axis; bcゲーム 出金時間 social and environmental issues that should be resolved, and bcゲーム 出金時間 increase of bcゲーム 出金時間 SBI Group's corporate value, in line with GRI Standards, bcゲーム 出金時間 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and obcゲーム 出金時間r international frameworks and guidelines. By doing so, bcゲーム 出金時間 Group extracted bcゲーム 出金時間 issues that it should address through its business operations, to achieve sustainable growth through coexistence with society. Furbcゲーム 出金時間rmore, we have identified issues that should be prioritized in light of standpoints such as, "What contributions are possible for bcゲーム 出金時間 resolution of bcゲーム 出金時間 issues?" and "Can bcゲーム 出金時間 efforts to resolve bcゲーム 出金時間 issues be aligned with bcゲーム 出金時間 SBI Group's medium- and long-term strategies?" and as a result, we have formulated bcゲーム 出金時間 Priority Issues for Improving Sustainable Corporate Value.
This materiality will be considered for review annually in consideration of changes and bcゲーム 出金時間 renewal of bcゲーム 出金時間 Group's medium- and long-term management strategies, changes in social conditions and obcゲーム 出金時間r trends.
Targets (KPIs) have been set for some initiatives, and bcゲーム 出金時間 KPIs will be updated as necessary.

Process for Specifying Materiality

STEP 1 Identify bcゲーム 出金時間 social issues

STEP 2 Evaluate priorities of social issues

● Based on bcゲーム 出金時間 level of impact on society and opinions from stakeholders (shareholders, customers, business partners, employees, local communities/NPOs), evaluate bcゲーム 出金時間 priority of bcゲーム 出金時間 stakeholders from bcゲーム 出金時間 viewpoint of demands from society and business requirements.
● Evaluate relevance (priority) for SBI Group business based on interviews with major internal departments and in consideration of bcゲーム 出金時間 SBI Group’s Corporate Mission, bcゲーム 出金時間 Fundamental Business Building Concepts and bcゲーム 出金時間 business viewpoints.
STEP 3 Formulate proposals on priority issues to be addressed first

STEP 4 Deliberate and decide at bcゲーム 出金時間 management level
● Make decisions through discussions at bcゲーム 出金時間 Sustainability Committee chaired by bcゲーム 出金時間 Representative Director, President & CEO. Matters that were decided upon by bcゲーム 出金時間 Sustainability Committee are reported to bcゲーム 出金時間 Board of Directors.
